The Fabric Conditioner category is challenged from many angles. Private label, competitor brands, sustainability perceptions and price promotions are eroding share and preventing brand loyalty. Lenor required our support in enticing new and lapsed consumers to the brand with compelling new products.
As part of our brand innovation workshops, we addressed key consumer barriers and generated a wealth of ideas that were trend-driven, engaging and unexpected from such an established and well loved brand. Bringing our beauty experience to the laundry category has helped to distance a sensorial product away from the competition, and elevate Lenor further into the hearts of consumers.
